A little about Adam DiFrancesco

Adam DiFrancesco has been working in the Real Estate industry since 1997 and has been a licensed agent since 2004. Adam is the Marketing Manager for Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. He is a Real Estate Associate Broker in NY and Real Estate Salesperson in NJ. Adam is an approved real estate instructor in both New York and New Jersey.

A second generation REALTOR®, Adam started off his real estate career as a photographer for the Multiple Listing Service. In 1999 he introduced Virtual Tours to Rockland and Orange County as a videographer for Ipex.

In 2007, in an effort to better serve clients, he became a Real Estate Associate Broker in NY and obtained his New Jersey Salesperson License.

Adam was elected the 2009 President of the Rockland County Board of REALTORS®, (youngest at the time) and was the 2009 Rockland County REALTOR® of the Year. In 2010, he was selected as one of the Rockland County’s 40 Under 40 by the Rockland County Economic Development Corporation.

A believer in education, he has earned the designations of e-Pro (2008), SFR (2009) and GRI (2011).

Adam served as a Director in the NYS Association of Realtors, and is the former Chair of the NYSAR Leadership Academy, 2015. He has been an RPAC Trustee and has served on numerous NYSAR committees, including: Article 12A, Co-Op Issues, Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity, MLS Issues and Policies Committee, Organizational Planning Committee, Professional Standards Committee and Young Professional Network.

Adam grew up in Rockland County, NY, and now currently resides in Cornwall on Hudson in Orange County, with his wife and three children. He has an AA in Graphic Advertising from SUNY Rockland and a BA in Communication Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Adam is an avid photographer and an amateur hockey player.
